Individual Training
Individualized training takes place either in the Speech Advantage office or in your office (limited to 30 mile radius of Madison, WI).  Training is done on an individualized basis and is personalized to meet your unique needs.  The participant receives a personal speech analysis, 18 hours of individualized instruction, post-training speech analysis with independent study recommendations, two months of follow-up phone consultation, digital recording of personal workplace vocabulary pronunciation, Katie Schwartz’s book “Sound Stories for Adults,” personal copy of Compton P-ESL training materials, and notebook with additional practice information.    

Small Group Training
Small groups consist of two to five participants with training taking place either in the Speech Advantage office or in your office.  Although this is group training, this instruction is individualized for each participant’s unique needs.  Each participant receives a personal speech analysis, 24 hours of class instruction, post-training speech analysis with independent study recommendations, two months of follow-up phone consultation, digital recording of personal workplace vocabulary pronunciation, Katie Schwartz’s book “Sound Stories for Adults,” personal copy of Compton P-ESL training materials, and notebook with additional practice information.    

Large Group Training
Large group training is conducted classroom style and is typically conducted in half day, full day, or two day programs.   We target speech errors that are common to most non-native English speakers.  Materials are designed specific to your company’s unique needs.
